Hi I’m Jailyn Adams and I am going to be working with Zukin this year as their first intern! I am currently a senior at West Chester University and am a business management major. I became interested in the property management business after going through my four years of hunting for houses in West Chester. I loved the idea of going out and look at house and finding the one that would best fit the needs of my roommates and me. In a larger sense I want to help others find the place that best fits the needs of them. After theses searches and this overall realization I realized I could see myself doing this after graduation. I thought it would be best to reach out to my landlord Zukin about learning their side of the business. After this initial reach I interviewed and they took me on as an intern! My primary responsibilities as of now I am getting advertising and paper work ready for student housing fair as this is a big part of this time of year. I will be working in the community to make sure our name is everywhere and all the students looking for housing know Zukin is a great option to rent from. As a current tenant I feel I can be a great asset to those looking to be tenants as well as the Zukin staff.
