Zukin Realty Reviews – At Zukin Realty, we continually strive to improve our processes and business methods. For over 50 years, we have had the privilege of offering West Chester University student housing and non-student residential places for rent to residents in West Chester and its surrounding cities. We’re not perfect, but we strive for excellence, and we are extremely thankful for all our residents; past and present. Here is just a snapshot of the countless positive experiences many residents have had with us over the years.
My name is Mike Myers, and I am a disabled vet, and I have recently obtain my independence, and I am living in a property of Zukin Realty. I had been struggling, for the past year and a half trying to find an obtain a property which would accommodate me with my disability. Zukin Realty was not only helpful and professional, but was extremely knowledgeable in the policies and procedures needed to help me obtain this.

I rented an apartment with Zukin for 3 years in the borough and they were excellent! They were always so friendly when I came into the office with questions, my rent stayed very reasonable every year, and move out was flawless! I can’t say enough about their awesome maintenance crew too! These guys were so helpful, Mike even saved me from a bat that flew into my apartment in the middle of the night!! I would rent with Zukin again in a heart beat, highly recommend.
